MATATA we are interested in you being happy with your purchase.

That is why you can change all Matata products as long as they are within the times established by law (30 calendar days of product delivery). Unfortunately, if the request is made after these days it will not be effective.

CHANGE BY SIZE

(Valid only for 1 exchange per size)

You must send the product by any carrier (We recommend that you insure the product at the time of shipping for the value you paid, this in order to prevent the carrier from losing the package).

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns must be assumed by the buyer, unless it is an approved guarantee, in which case, Matata is responsible for this expense.

Don't forget to include in your package:
  • Products in perfect condition, with labels on and in their original packaging, with no signs of use. If these conditions are not met, the change will not be effective.

    Once we have received your request, we will contact you as soon as possible.


NOTE: We DO NOT accept exchanges, returns, or guarantees in the following cases:

*If the tennis shoes show any signs of misuse, bad odor, humidity or excess dirt.
*If the sneakers have been damaged due to misuse or neglect (exposure to chemicals, heat, sharp objects).

Keep in mind: The useful life of each product depends on the care you give it. Products damaged through normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable useful life of a product will not be replaced.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCESS

1) You notify us of the exchange or return request and in
 the course of In 2 business days, we will generate a QR for our warehouse that will arrive in your email and that you must print and paste on the outside of the package that you are going to return. This step is ESSENTIAL so that the winery can receive it. You must additionally write the following information on the label:

2) You must take this package to the shipping office of your choice (Coordinadora, Envía, Servientrega, Interrapidisimo...) to generate the transportation bill and pay for its shipping.

3) Save the tracking number so you can track it in any case.

4) Upon receiving the Tennis Shoes and verifying that they are in good condition, we will send you your exchange if applicable, or we will proceed with the generation of the balance in favor or the refund to your bank account according to your request.
